Maḥmūd Karīmīyān (Persian: محمود کریمیان, b. 1971 Qom, Iran) pursued his education in hawza by taking classes of scholars like Jawad Tabrizi, Sayyid Mahmud Hashimi Shahrudi, Muhammad Fadil Lankarani, Husayn Wahid Khurasani and Ja'far Subhani. He has a B.A. degree in Islamic Studies and authored scores of books and articles including: Danishnama-ye Amir al-Mu'minin (a), Hikmatnama-ye Imam Husayn (a), Danishnama-ye Imam Husayn (a), Hikmatnama-ye Payambar-e A'zam (s), Danishnama-ye Imam Mahdi (a), I'tibarsanji wa Fiqh al-Hadith-e Akharin Tudi', Ta'amul-e du Maktab-e Hadithi-ye Shi'a wa Sunni.[1]
