Hujjat al-Islam Dr. Muḥammad ʿAlī Riḍayī Iṣfahānī or Mohammad Ali Rezaei Esfahani (Persian: محمد علی رضایی اصفهانی، b.1962, Isfahan Pro.), pursued his education in hawza by attending classes of scholars like Muhammad Fadil Lankarani, Nasir Makarim Shirazi, and Husayn Wahid Khurasani. He also earned his PhD in Qur’anic Science and Hadith from Azad University. Besides teaching at both hawza and university, he has been a supervisor and advisor on many thesis projects. He has also written scores of articles and books including: Shubahat-e Jadid (on dispelling newfound objections), Shubahat-e Ruzamad (lit. dispelling of modern objections), Shubahat-e Mu'asir (lit. contemporary objections), Falsafa-ye Ahkam wa Tarbiyat (lit. philosophy of jurisprudential rulings and upbringing), Mabahith-e I'tiqadi (lit. conversations on beliefs), Pyambar Mihr (lit. Prophet (a) of kindness), Mahdawiyyat (on Mahdism),Tanzim al-Usul, Minhaj wa Ittijahat al-tafsiriyyah li al-Qur’an, Amuziha-ye Tarbiyati-ye 'Ashura ('Ashura's educative aspects), Pursishha-ye Qur'ani-ye Jawanan (lit. youth’s Qur'anic questions), Sima-ye Payambar-e A'zam dar Qur'an-e Karim (lit. Prophet's (s) biography as outlined by Qur'an), Payambar-e A'zam wa Bara'at az Kuffar wa Mushrikin (lit. Prophet (s) and dissociating from enemies) and Tafsir-e Rawishmand-e Wahy ba Wahy (lit. revelation via revelation; a methodical commentary). Head of Commission for Qur’anic Science and Hadith of Organization for Overseas Seminaries, Deputy for Council on Tafsir of Qom Seminary, Faculty Member and Secretary of Research for Encyclopedia of the Qur'an, Head of Qur’an and Science Institute, and Head of Center for Research on the Holy Qur'an are among his undertakings.[1]
