Quality is determined according to the stage of wikimaking. An newly uploaded article is c grade quality before its wikimaking job is done. When all of the wikimaking job is done and before the addition of the references the article is b grade. And after the addition of the references the article is regarded as a in quality. An a grade article is nominated for good article.
